The Altrusa Careers Trust historically helps women to ACT positively to create a future for themselves.

This Trust is now being wound up. Therefore this year's (2017) grants were the last to be awarded. The Trust will not be replying to any email or postal communications after 31st December 2017.

The aim of the Trust was to enable those without access to financial support in the UK and Ireland to improve their career prospects. The Altrusa Careers Trust gave grants to those struggling to gain qualifications which enabled them to secure jobs which will provide sufficient income to support them and their families.

The remaining funds of the trust are being donated to charities with similar aims.
