Careers Trust
The Altrusa Careers Trust is a charitable trust founded in association with Altrusa International, the pioneer of Women's Service Clubs. The charity's income is derived from donations, gifts and legacies.
This Trust is now being wound up. Therefore this year's (2017) grants were the last to be awarded. The Trust will not be replying to any email or postal communications after December 31st 2017.
Since the charity was founded in 1987, 229 applicants across the UK and Ireland have received loans and grants totalling over £80,000. They represent the determined and committed people chosen by the Trustees from those who have found themselves in desperate circumstances and turned to the Altrusa Careers Trust for help.
